Donna Dominguez is a hostess with the mostest! She is so welcoming and hospitable to everyone visiting this location. She greets you and offers food and friendliness and even remembers you when you come in another time. She’s another star at this Lexus location.

Ali was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He really listened to what we were looking for in a car and found us the perfect one within our budget. We couldn’t be happier! The whole process of buying was very smooth and not at all pushy, which we’ve experienced before. Ali & Dave (the sales manager) came in at a price we could afford, both very friendly, and Linda took care of our loan, she was very nice and knowledgeable about the different warranties and what would be covered. We had a wonderful all-around experience going there. Nothing but positive reviews. And to top it all off, Ali took the extra step in helping my husband make it truly special when we picked it up. I purchased a used car from this dealership and was really pleased with how they handled everything. Since the vehicle had just been traded in, it needed a little extra time for detailing, which I didn’t mind. When I picked it up, I noticed the floor mats were missing. I called the manager (Ty), and he immediately apologized and arranged to have brand‑new mats shipped straight to my home. Their quick response and commitment to making things right showed great customer service.

People were kind and courteous. The service was fast and I received great communication.

I had an excellent experience with all staff involved in our recent purchase of an LC 500 convertible at Arrowhead Lexus. Our sales consultant Kyle Walker was incredibly responsive and helpful from the time I built the car online to when I left the dealership. Bobby Evans, Technology Consultant, spent quite a bit of time with me in the car showing me all of the electronics. I had a follow up phone call with him today and he was equally as attentive and patient with my dumb questions. Also, we noticed an imperfection in the 3M PPF and the sales manager not only apologized and not argue, but promised to replace the 3M PPF and fix any related paint issues immediately. This is a new relationship but so far I'm blown away by the level of service, respect and responsiveness. It's what you would expect when buying a premium vehicle.

This is our 4th Lexus but the first time we purchased from Arrowhead. Our Salesperson Ady set a new high bar for understanding our needs and putting together a deal that was perfect. So easy and straightforward to work with her. Surprisingly, she’s the first sales person in years that didn’t ask us to give her a 5 star review, which speaks volumes about her professionalism. Once we wrapped up with Ady, thanks to Calum and Annette for making the paperwork process simple. What a nice high touch low pressure experience. Highly recommend! In addition to a smooth buying process, another thanks to Bobby for taking the time to very patiently help us set up all the tech in the car.

Very nice staff. Friendly and courteous, but pricing, are you kidding. They were market-pricing their cars +$30k. How do they sleep, it's a good thing they weren't selling toilet paper during the pandemic.😒

Fair warning. When you schedule an appointment to look at a car. Dont be surprised when they sale the car to someone else. I gave 2 stars because at least they told me they sold the car i wanted instead of me driving an hour out of my way to get there. If it's first come first serve, SAY THAT. If you don't honor appointments or hold cars for people, SAY THAT. But have some professionalism for god sake. Are you guys really that desperate to make a sale that you cant hold a car for less than 24 hours? Unprofessional and disrespectful. Out of sheer principle i will never do business here.
