My wife Sandy and I came in to Arrowhead Lexus yesterday to look at a used vehicle and was met by a sales person name Stanley. We had a very good experience working with Stanley and even though we did not buy a vehicle, it was the best car buying experience my wife and I had. No back and forth with the sales manager. I purchased a 2026 Lexus RX450h+ from them on June 11, 2026. My salesman, Flynn Schaffer was great! In fact, the entire process was the nicest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced buying a vehicle. I had spoken to a gentleman on the phone but when I arrived late, due to the wonderful traffic in Phoenix AZ he had another appointment so he referred me to Flynn. Lucky for me- he answered all my questions and took me for test drives in several vehicles. Over the next week as I test drove other vehicles (Volvo’s, Toyota’s and BMW’s) I kept going back to Flynn via text and mobile and came to the conclusion that the RX450 plug-in checked all the boxes. I got a very good price- lower even than the Costco discount. The rest is history. I’ve currently got around 500 miles on it including a trip to Sedona. And with the AC running continuously, with a 4 passengers I got 55mpg. Loving it! Arrowhead Lexus (and Flynn) have my vote.

Donna in the cafe was extremely nice and accommodating asking if I needed anything to drink or eat while I waited for my car to be serviced. She’s very personable and friendly. Always smiling.

On my last visit, I had a broken license plate screw that needed ro be removed. I don't have the tools ro do it but I stopped by and their service department gave me a quote of SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS to remove and replace that ONE screw. I was sure they mistook it for something else, and I gave them the opportunity to correct the quote, but they didn't. You've just lost a customer forever...

Purchased a 2014 lexus.Is350C in 2024 just went to change the engine air filter this is what I found. Humm they missed this on the inspection.
