How do I set a destination using voice commands?
The first step is to locate the voice command button on the left or right side of the steering wheel. When you press the button, your vehicle will ask you to say a command. The car will beep, signaling you to say, "enter an address." Doing so will let the vehicle know that you want directions to a particular destination. The car will respond by saying, "Please say the full address." Clearly state the full address. You do not need to include the zip code. The navigation system in your Lexus will then find that location and provide turn-by-turn directions.
How do I use my car’s reverse camera?
Shifting your vehicle into reverse will automatically make the reverse camera appear on your center screen. You will see a live view of what's behind your car, along with multicolored gridlines. These gridlines show your vehicle's current path and where your vehicle is headed as you turn the wheel. When reversing into a parking space, line up the yellow lines with the parking space's lines, and you'll have a perfect parking job every time. There will also be a horizontal red line that indicates one foot off your bumper, so you know how far to reverse before hitting what's behind you.
How do I use the three ignition modes on my Lexus vehicle?
Pressing the start/stop button once without your foot on the brake will turn on your car's accessory features, such as navigation and radio. If you press the start/stop button twice, all electronics will turn on, including windows, A/C, and everything you'd have on if the engine was running. Pressing the button a third time will turn off all the electronics you've just turned on. To start the vehicle, press and hold the brake pedal, then press the start/stop button a single time.
